Once you’ve completed your order, your confirmation email can take up to 30mins to arrive. If it hasn’t arrived after this time, please check your spam folder. If you still can’t see it, you can contact our Customer Service Team and request a new confirmation email.

You will also receive a dispatch email once your parcel has been shipped. This will include tracking information that will allow you to track the status of your order.

Please be aware that if you’ve paid using your PayPal account, you will receive confirmation of your payment directly from PayPal.
